What is the membership program?
Our members make a monthly payment which is added to their account. This credit amount may be used at any time to pay for our services, which are in turn offered at a discounted members price.

Which products do you use?
Top to Toe is committed to using natural products which have not been tested on animals.
In keeping with this philosophy, Aveda® products
and the new Australian made Shanga™ range of products are used exclusively within the spa and salon.

What is your cancellation policy?
To help us provide the best possible service to all our customers we request that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
